Web application that enables Berkeley students to post different kinds of information about CS classes such as professor/TA reviews, workload, etc. Scrapes readily available data such as grade distributions and class times from course.berkeley.edu

PickItems NP-Hard Approximation Algorithm Python

Non-deterministic approximation algorithm to solve the Cartesian product of the Traveling Salesman Problem, Maximum Independent Set, and Knapsack Problem. Ranked higher than 75% of the class, implementation made a 300% improvement over the passing baseline. Solves huge amount of constraints (> 220) , the implementation constructed graphs with over 150,000 vertices and edges represented as an adjacency hash map.

XKCD Reddit Bot Python

Utilizes Reddit’s Restful API via PRAW, giving a summary of all XKCD comic posts for a selected subreddit. Authenticates using a unique user_agent key, utilizing the Requests Python Library. Materializes data with Python’s Beautiful Soup library
